How to Send SMS and Manage Contact Information

Here’s a step-by-step guide to starting conversations and updating contact details:

Sending an SMS

• Select the inbox you want to send the SMS from.

You can initiate a conversation in two ways

• If it’s your first-ever message, click the Send Message button (with the "+" icon) in the middle of the page.
• You can also start a new conversation by clicking the "+" icon next to the inbox name.

When you click the "+" icon, a text field will appear where you can:

• Enter a new phone number, or search for an existing contact.

Type your message in the provided space and click Enter or the Send icon to send it.
