By default, your Clerk number is SMS Only. If someone tries to call your Clerk number the call will be dropped. We have a number of other add-ons that would allow you to either call forward to a different number or enable full voice capabilities.
Clerk’s “Call Forwarding” add-on allows all the calls you receive on your Clerk number to be forwarded to a number of your choice. To update your call-forwarding settings navigate to the clerk dashboard by typing
/clerk in your channel and press enter. You will be presented with the Clerk dashboard.
Click on ⚙️ Settings
If you have multiple Clerk phone numbers select the one that you'd like to change the settings for.
