You can set an availability schedule for your team by enabling operating hours in your Clerk settings. Any inbound SMS that happens during the off-hours will trigger an automatic reply.
Type /clerk and bring up the Clerk Dashboard.
Click on ⚙️ Settings
Click on 🕒 Operating Hours and select the phone number you will be enabling the operating hours on.
Select the hours which your business is open.
Note: Any messages that come in outside of those times will trigger an auto reply.
