Learn how to access your profile, where to view your basic user information, how to find your assigned phone number, updating your phone settings, understanding the members section, adding a new phone number, and additional guidance for getting started.

How to add a new phone number to your account

  1. Navigate to your Phones section.

    • Click Add next to your list of phones.

  2. Youโ€™ll see two options: activate existing number & get a new number

  3. Select Proceed under Get a new number.

    • Choose your country, state, and area code.

    • A new available phone number will be displayed.

  4. Click Proceed to confirm.

    • The new number will be added to your list of phones.

  5. Update Phone Settings

    • Open the phoneโ€™s Settings.

    • Update the name and any additional details as needed.
