Using Custom Properties
Personalize every SMS sent with Clerk SMS and Clerk in MS Teams.
Custom properties are an easy way to manage your contacts and personalize your messages. Custom properties are versatile an can adapt to your needs.
To add a custom property to an SMS, create or navigate to a conversation. Select the custom property icon.
In the textbox, enter the message for your template. Select the Custom Properties option and select a Property from the list of saved values. The system will automatically replace the tags with the information saved in your Custom Properties when the message is sent.
Send your message, the system will replace the metatags with the values saved in your Custom Properties. In the example: Name, Company, and Email.
