Simplify your communication with canned responses and templates for Clerk.
Snippets are short, reusable text blocks. Use Snippets to streamline your communication and drive up productivity by having pre-made replies, introductions, and answers.
To create a new Snippet, navigate to New message. And select the Snippet option.
Select the Create a new Snippet option.
Name your Snippet and enter your canned response in the text box. You have the option to useCustom Properties and emojis. And click on Save.
Note: When creating a Snippet you have the option to make it private. Select the Personal checkbox. This will make the Snippet only visible to you. If the Personal checkbox is not selected, the Snippet will be visible to your whole team.
To use Snippet, navigate to New message. And select the Snippet option.
From the available Snippets, select the one you want to use, and it will be added to the textbox. You can use the Search Bar to find your Snippet faster. You can also Edit or Remove Snippets.
