I have set up an AI agent, but it is not responding.

Check that the agent is assigned to an inbox and that the delay is not set to "Until Review" Click on Settings.

Click on Knowledge Base.

Click on Delay and select the appropriate delay.

Click on Inboxes and select the inbox you would like the assistant to work from.


I built a workflow, but it is not working.

Ensure that the workflow is saved and assigned to an inbox. Once you have made a workflow, ensure that you click on save workflow.

Once your workflow is saved, ensure that it is assigned to the inbox you want it to be used with. Click on Workflows and click on Select an inbox and choose the appropriate inbox.


Is there a way to set up an auto-reply during non-business hours?

Yes, this can be done using the Workflow feature in the Clerk Chat app. Please refer to the video below for instructions.


Is there a way to forward incoming messages to a team or channel within Microsoft Teams?

Yes, you can use Clerk Chat's workflow capabilities, specifically webhooks. Check out the video below for instructions.
