How voicemail detection works
If a customer doesn’t pick up, the AI agent will recognize the voicemail tone.
The AI then plays your configured voicemail message.
After the message is complete, the call automatically ends.

Voicemail detection is available as a tool in the Agents section and must be connected to a voice node.
