Campaigns let you send a single, personalized message to a large audience in just a few clicks. Whether youโ€™re announcing a new event, sending reminders, or following up with leads, Clerk Chat delivers every message individually, so it feels personal.

Each recipient can reply directly to your message, and their response opens a private 1:1 conversation with your business. Replies are never visible to anyone else.

Once your campaign is sent, you can track performance through detailed analytics.

How to send a campaign

  1. Make sure you have a list ready in your contacts. You can use a static list (manually created) or a dynamic list (automatically updated based on filters). Learn more about Static and Dynamic Lists.

  2. Click Campaigns in your sidebar and select New / Send a new campaign.

  3. Follow the workflow to walk through the setup process.

  4. Choose the contact list youโ€™re sending to.

  5. Write your message or select a pre-saved template.

  6. Add personalization using variables (contact properties) to make each message unique.

  7. Name your campaign so itโ€™s easy to find and track later.

  8. Choose to send your campaign immediately or schedule it for a future date and time.
