Whether you’re on a call or in a message thread, Clerk Chat AI can update your CRM contact records in real time. Contact properties (like name, location, or company) automatically sync based on what’s shared in the conversation.

Live CRM updates during voice calls

Just like with messaging, Clerk Chat’s voice AI can now update contact records while the call is happening. If a caller provides new information, your CRM reflects it instantly. Your contact data will always stay fresh and accurate.

Automatic contact creation

When new messages or calls come in, Clerk Chat AI can find existing contacts or create new ones in your CRM. This ensures every interaction, whether inbound or outbound, is tied to the right record.

How it works

Clerk Chat AI processes conversation data (from both messages and calls) and syncs updates to your CRM, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and others, as well as to contact cards within Clerk Chat. Your AI agent can even prompt customers for missing details naturally during the conversation, keeping your records complete without interrupting the flow.
