Use the full potential of Clerk with these quick troubleshooting guides.
To get a new number, navigate to Inboxes and click on the plus icon, select the option Get a new phone number then choose your country and state from the dropdown menu. This will add a new number to your Clerk account.

To get a new number, navigate to Inboxes and click on the plus icon, select the option Activate existing phone number. Type the number you are looking to activate with country code, no additional characters, and without spaces. Select your carrier from the dropdown menu. Contact [email protected] to finish the activation.

To assign an inbox to a user, navigate to Members in your team settings.

From the member menu, navigate to your users. Select the inbox from the dropdown menu. Click on the inbox you are looking to assign.

To mute an inbox, navigate to the inbox you want to mute. Click on the settings and select the option Mute.

To change teams, navigate to the team's menu in the top left corner and click on the arrow. From the dropdown menu select the team you want to use under My Team(s).

To log out of Clerk, navigate to the team's menu in the top left corner and click on the arrow. From the dropdown menu select the option Log out.
