About 1:1 Messaging

Use your business number to communicate personally while keeping messages professional and trackable. Whether it’s confirming appointments, following up on a lead, or answering a quick question, 1:1 messaging ensures you stay connected and responsive.

Even when you send a Campaign to many contacts at once, any replies automatically become 1:1 messages, so each response feels personal and can be handled directly.

Sending a 1:1 Message

  1. Select New.

  2. Enter the recipient’s phone number or type the existing contact.

  3. Type your message.

You can enhance your message by:

  • Adding attachments (such as images, PDFs, or documents).

  • Using variables from the contact card (like name, company, or other saved details).

  • Selecting a template, a pre-created, reusable message for quick replies.

  • Including a signature or emoji for a personal touch.

When you’re ready, you can send immediately, or schedule the message to send at a specific date and time.

Managing Conversations

All sent and received 1:1 messages appear in your inbox. You and your team can view, reply, and continue conversations seamlessly, whether they started from a campaign or as a direct message.

Using your business phone number for 1:1 messaging keeps all communication consistent, compliant, and on-brand. It allows you to:

  • Maintain personal connections at scale.

  • Ensure every conversation is recorded under the same number your customers trust.

  • Blend automation (via campaigns and AI agents) with authentic, human follow-ups.
