How to Send SMS and Manage Contact Information
Hereβs a step-by-step guide to starting conversations and updating contact details:
Sending an SMS
Select the inbox you want to send the SMS from.
You can initiate a conversation in two ways:
If itβs your first-ever message, click the Send Message button (with the "+" icon) in the middle of the page.
You can also start a new conversation by clicking the "+" icon next to the inbox name.

When you click the "+" icon, a text field will appear where you can enter a new phone number, or search for an existing contact. Type your message in the provided space and click Enter or the Send icon to send it.

Updating Contact Information
Once inside a conversation, you can easily update contact details. Click on any of the following categories, make your changes, and hit Enter to save.
Here is what you can edit:
Name: Add or update the contactβs name.
Compliance: Enable the Opt-Out option for compliance purposes.
About: Update details like phone number, email, company name, or add new properties tailored to your needs.
