Google Voice does not allow hosting of the phone numbers and requires a full port to enable your existing phone number. In order to proceed with the request, your number must be unlocked in your Google account.

• Navigate to the Google Voice unlock page.

• Point to the Google Voice number you want to port, and click Unlock my number.

• Send us a screenshot of the page to support@clerk.chat confirming you have unlocked the numbers. Please make sure sure the unlocked phone numbers and your email address appear in the screenshot.

It’s important to confirm that the first name, last name, and address you provide on the Letter of Authorization match those in your profile.
