Block list

The Block List helps your team manage unwanted or inappropriate contacts by giving you full visibility into who has been blocked and control to unblock them if needed.

Where to find the block list

You can find the Block List in your Lists section, located under Settings.

It appears near the top of your lists and displays:

  • Contact name

  • Phone number

  • Blocked by (the team member who blocked the number)

  • Date blocked

  • Unblock option (useful if someone was blocked by mistake)

How to block a contact

  1. Open the conversation with the contact you’d like to block.

  2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the messaging screen.

  3. Select Block from the options.

Once selected, the contact will be automatically added to your Block List.

How to unblock a contact

If you need to unblock someone (for example, if they were blocked by mistake):

  1. Go to Settings → Lists → Block List.

  2. Locate the contact.

  3. Click the unblock option to the far right of their contact details.

The contact will be immediately removed from the Block List and can message your business again.
